Below is an overview of the system design and installation process. We turn “Can you coat this?” into a reality – a fully functional UV cured powder coating system.

We will work with you every step of the way from the initial conversation, to the system design and installation, and ongoing customer support. We are not successful unless you are.

Discovery Phase

During our initial conversation, we first determine if UV curable powder coatings would be a good fit. We want to learn about your business, uncover any current challenges, and learn about your finishing needs.

System Consultation

We will discuss what equipment your new turnkey powder coating system will require. The system will custom built or your current system may be able to be modified. We will tailor you powder coating system to meet your finishing needs.

Equipment Selection

At this stage we involve system integrators and equipment manufacturers to discuss new system install options or a modifiers for your current system. We will obtain pricing, lead times, and prepare a system proposal for you to review.

Installation

If the proposal looks good, we will assist the system integrators and equipment manufacturers during the installation of your new system.

Support & Training

Just because your system is installed doesn’t mean the support has to end. Keyland Polymer UV Systems will be there every step of the way offering research and development, troubleshooting, and other support as needed.

We hung a GoPro on our powder line and let the camera do the work. You get a sped of view of the powder coating process from load, pre-heat, powder coating, curing and unloading.
